Parlay Capital starts its fundraising activities

London, UK, Aug. 08, 2022 – Parlay Capital PE Fund I (“Parlay Capital”), a betting and gambling focused private equity firm, announced that they have formally initiated its fundraising activities. Through a Cyprus AIF structure, Parlay Capital is raising a €250m fund size.
Parlay Capital is the first PE Fund fully dedicated to the global betting and gambling industry (B2C and B2B). The fundraising effort is focused towards funds of funds and family offices offering the opportunity to invest in growth equity and buyout opportunities in regulated markets primarily in Europe and North America, including Betting, Casino, Lottery, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, Poker, Social Gaming, e-Sports and Skill Games for land-based and online/mobile.
The 4 managing partners have accumulated more than 80 years of investment, executive management and M&A experience among them, having worked for international companies such as Morgan Grenfell, Veon Group, Novomatic and Ficom Leisure.
